This beautiful little ceramic jar comes with a wooden spoon, measures 6.5cm high and is filled with 15g of the Umami No.1 Pure White Sea Salt. Something to treasure in the kitchen!

Halen Môn salt making process is audited by The Soil Association who check that they don’t add anything to the salt or use any chemicals in its production or cleaning. The bright whiteness of the flakes is entirely natural, not down to bleach but to the careful rinsing by the Halen Môn team of harvesters.
