In this mix was Pinterest, an online scrapbook that meant I could stop sticking magazine cuttings into notepads and instead travel down the most exciting visual rabbit-holes and blow my imagination with interiors, travel photos, tips, recipes and more. Each time I have moved, I have created boards for my new location with recipes, travel tips and language cheat-sheets. I have connected with friends and found some of the most moving quotes.

For the first time in my life, I am self-employed. I run Firain and I work as a freelance writer amongst other things. I am juggling like I have never juggled before and overall I love it.
